I am so excited to welcome you to "The Birth Experience" the place where we dive into everything confidence, hypnobirthing and manifestation! We take women's wellness, and everything in between seriously here at TBE and whilst we’ll have plenty of laughs and fun along the way - this is the most exciting time of your life growing your baby! We’ll cover everything birth, baby and even the questions you’ve been hesitant to ask.

Anything you’ve wondered about late at night or ever thought was a silly question… There really is no such thing!

I’m so proud to bring something new and exciting to the birth space that goes deeper than antenatal classes and certainly is not pendulum swinging hypnosis (no airy fairy business around here). The power of the mind is real. The hynobirthing teachings are scientifically proven and manifestation is changing lives. The course is designed with you in mind and the Mind-Body-Birth connection you’ll learn about will transform your mind and your life!
